Studio apartment in downtown Caspar (conveniently located between Fort Bragg & Mendocino). Perfect for one person. Recently Just renovated. Unfurnished (except kitchen counter, shelving, and appliances). Small (~500 square feet) with minimal storage space but clean & open with a “white-water” ocean view (You see the waves breaking.) Next to Caspar Headlands State Park with Jughandle & Caspar Beaches within easy walking distance. Caspar Community Center and Caspar Inn are across the street. Well sound insulated Ground floor unit with upstairs neighbor. No smokers. No pets please; special consideration for long-term tenant getting a cat. $1,000/month.

Space conditioning (heating) with an economical heat pump. Cooking and water heating is with propane (about $50/month). First month rent and security deposit required. Available for inspection by appointment. Unit is presently occupied.

Best of village and country: nothing but plum trees and headlands meadow (no roads) between your window and the Pacific. Caspar Community Center across the street. Friendly, welcoming community.
