We're on the 11th floor of a big luxury hotel in the middle of the highrise district of PDX, across the street from the historic center of the city, Pioneer Square. So far, I have counted four wedding parties not counting our own. Clearly, matrimony is the center of The Nines' summer weekend business plan.
