Puako day 8

Fire mostly under control except for a few hot spots up where they may be just as happy to let it burn.

Finished the Ono for lunch.

High tide in the early afternoon; we drove up to the park at the end of the road, Holoholokai Beach Park, where we found a very easy entry, and the place where all the bigger fish hang out. Easy entry and exit, good snorkelling; everyone got in the water.

Tommy Bahama's over in the next door Mauna Lani complex – not far, really, from our snorkel spot.

Home down the hill from the highway, the sunset over Puako at the end of another pretty nearly perfect day.
